What is NORMS Rewards?
NORMS Rewards is our loyalty rewards program that allows you to earn points that you can redeem for discounts, free menu items, birthday rewards, and exclusive offers at any NORMS location. To get started, download the NORMS Rewards app from the Apple App Store or Google Play store, create an account, and begin using the app and earning points immediately.
When will I receive my free BBB Breakfast Sandwich for joining NORMS Rewards?
You will receive your reward within 24 hours of joining NORMS Rewards through a mobile device. To claim your reward, you must download the NORMS Rewards app onto your mobile device. Accounts created directly through NORMS.com will not be eligible for the reward, as a mobile device must be linked to your account.
How do I earn rewards points?
Simply open your NORMS Restaurants rewards app, tap “SCAN” and present your QR Code at the register, or scan the barcode at the bottom of your receipt once your check has been paid and closed. Points will be applied to your account within 4 hours.
How do I redeem my NORMS restaurant rewards app points?
To redeem your restaurant rewards program points, follow these simple steps:
- If you’re at a NORMS Restaurants, open the Rewards app before paying the cashier
- Tap the Redeem button
- Select your Reward
- Select the amount of your Reward you would like to apply to your purchase
- Tap Redeem
- Confirm the amount by tapping “Yes” in the pop-up screen. A QR Code will appear on your device that the cashier will scan when you check out
- Your NORMS Rewards will be applied to your order (Please Note: You only have 2 hours to use the QR Code once you select the Redeem button)
- If placing an order through the NORMS Rewards app, on the Payments screen select Redeem under Available Offers. Apply your available Reward or offer to your order.
- If placing an order on NORMS.com, be sure to Sign-In before placing your order. Once on the Checkout screen, apply your available reward or offer, which will be listed under the Rewards section.
