What is NORMS REWARDS?
NORMS REWARDS is our loyalty reward program that allows you to earn points that you can redeem for delicious rewards and exclusive offers at any NORMS location. To get started, download the NORMS REWARDS app from the Apple App Store or Google Play store, create an account and begin using the app and earning points immediately. 

How does NORMS REWARDS work?
Tap “SCAN” on your app and present your QR Code to the cashier when you checkout.  Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Points will be applied to your account within 24 hours.  You can then redeem your points for delicious rewards. Additionally, you can earn points on NORMS.com orders, NORMS Catering pickup orders, NORMS.com/Catering orders and on orders placed directly in the NORMS Rewards App. Points cannot be earned on any third-party orders.

 

I want to redeem a reward; how do I do that?
To redeem and reward, follow these simple steps:

  • If you are checking out at any NORMS Restaurant, open the NORMS REWARDS app before paying the cashier.
  • Tap the “REDEEM” button on the Rewards tab.
  • Add the reward you want to use and tap ADD REWARD
  • Confirm that you want to add the reward and a QR Code will appear on your device to present to the cashier and scan, so it’s applied to your order.
  • Please Note: You only have 10 minutes to scan the QR Code once you select the “Add Reward” button.
  • If placing an order through your NORMS REWARDS app, on the Payments screen select Redeem under Available Offers. Apply your available Reward or offer to your order.
  • When placing an order on NORMS.com, be sure to select “Sign In” (top right corner) with your NORMS Rewards email and password before placing your order. Once on the Checkout screen, apply your available reward or offer which are listed under the NORMS Rewards section.

Do my points expire?
Yes, your earned points will expire after 180 days of inactivity.

When I join NORMS Rewards when will I receive my free reward for joining?
You will receive your reward within 24 hours of joining NORMS Rewards. To use your reward, you must download the NORMS Rewards app onto your mobile device. Accounts created directly through NORMS.com will not be eligible for the reward, as a mobile device must be linked to your account.

Why does the NORMS REWARDS app ask for my location information?
Your location information is needed to locate the restaurants nearest to you and make your search quick and easy.

What if I do not have a mobile device or don’t want to have the NORMS REWARDS app on my phone?
You can join NORMS REWARDS by signing up on NORMS.com. When you join, include your phone number so you can use it to earn points and redeem rewards during checkout at any NORMS location as well as on orders placed on NORMS.com.

How long do I have to earn points?
Points are awarded at the time of purchase by scanning your QR Code at the register or providing your phone number if you have provided this in your profile.  If not, you have 24 hours to earn points by emailing your receipt to loyalty@norms.com. We will respond to your request within 72 hours.

Is there a limit to how many rewards I can redeem within a given time?
Yes, you can only redeem one reward within a 24-hour period.

I didn’t have the NORMS Rewards app with me during checkout or my QR Code did not scan. What can I do?
Utilize your phone number on file if applicable at the register, or take a photo of your original receipt, select “More” on your NORMS Rewards app, then select “Need Help” and then “Restaurant Feedback” and email the receipt and we will assist you. Additionally, you can email your receipt directly to loyalty@norms.com. We will respond to your request within 72 hours.

How do I know how many points I have earned?
You can check your point balance at any time by opening the NORMS REWARDS app and tapping “Rewards” in the bottom menu of your screen.

My receipt was for higher than the points I received, why?
You earn points on all pre-tax food and beverage purchases only and not the receipt total, which includes tax.

I have earned enough points that I can redeem for multiple rewards; can I apply them all to one purchase or visit?
You can only redeem one reward per transaction, per visit. Redeeming more than one reward in a single purchase or transaction is prohibited.

I purchased a NORMS gift card; can I earn points on this?
No, points are earned for food and beverage purchases only. Points are not earned on any Gift Card, Merchandise Purchases or Sales Tax, or any other non-food & beverage items. However, if you have a Norms Gift Card and wish to use it to pay for your order, you will earn points if you are a NORMS Rewards member.

My app is not working correctly, and I am unable to earn points or redeem rewards. What do I do?
Try logging out of your account and then closing the NORMS REWARDS app on your device. Restart the app and begin using it as usual. If the problem persists, select the “Need Help” tab in the app main menu and select “App Feedback.” Provide details of your technical difficulty and submit it and we will help resolve the issue. We will respond to your request within 72 hours.

Is there a limit to how many devices and logins I can use at a given time?
Yes, the limit is one device and one login at a time.
